It was a wonderful healing experience from date of admission to date of discharge. Each doctor treats the patient treats the patient as if he was the only one, all doubts and queries being answereed to full satisfaction. Its amazing how the doctor on seeing the patient, remembers the name, case history from day one. The nursing staff have a personal touch, which hasten the healing process. Other service staff are equally good. Special mention to customer staff, Ms. Meena Patel, for her wonderful personalized service. This was experienced on the 16th floor, when a young patient of 9 years, on seeing her brightened up.

Admission process was very smooth. Staff attitude is excellent. Doctors are very efficient and forthright. Food is appropriate for patient. Location of hospital is picturesque. TPA department is very helpful. Customer care department is very cooperative. Suggestions: - Must have cot instead of sofa in deluxe room. Like a dietician and doctor, there must be counsellor visit for terminally ill patients.
